Grader Operator

About the Role

We are seeking experienced M Series GPS Grader Operator to join a well-established civil construction team. You will be working on a range of projects including roadworks, and bulk earthworks, operating modern machinery equipped with GPS/3D technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate GPS-equipped graders for fine earthworks
• Work from plans, levels, and design drawings with precision
• Carry out finishing works to required tolerances
• Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and team members
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality standards

About You

• Proven experience operating GPS Graders in civil construction
• Strong understanding of GPS machine control systems
• Ability to read and interpret plans and levels
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a team and follow direction

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in civil construction
• White Card obtained within a classroom
• RII Nationally Accredited Tickets & Licences (preferred)
• Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
• Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Minimum of 2 contactable references within the last 6 months
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol
